A PPS authorship form must be signed and submitted by EACH author. Submitted abstracts without authorship forms from each author may be accepted for display at the meeting but will NOT be considered for publication.

Accepted abstracts will be published in Archives of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine provided that all authorship forms have been received.
