2022 PPS Biennial Meeting Sponsorship

If preferred sponsors may pay by wire or check and register by email.
Emails should be sent to

Please include the following information in the email:
- Company Name (first and last)
- Contact email
- username (a suitable username for access to the member's area of the website)
- password ( a suitable password for access to the member's area of the website)
- Brief product / service description
- Signed 2022 PPS Biennial Meeting Sponsorship agreement (attach scanned signed copy to email)
- Company logo (attach in jpeg, png or bmp format to email (total file size < 10mb)).
- (Platinum sponsorship only - provide first and last name and email for meeting registration).
- Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorships only - provide first and last names and emails of Exihibition area representatives depending upon sponsorship level as follows: Platinum (up to 3),Gold (up to 2),Silver (1)
- Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorships only - provide first and last names and emails of welcome reception guests depending upon sponsorship level as follows: Platinum (up to 3), Gold (up to 2), Silver (1)
- Lunch Break Sponsorship only - provide first and last names and emails of 2 representatives for lunch break
- Morning Coffee Break Sponsorship only - provide first and last name and emails of representative for Morning Coffee Break
- Afternoon Coffee Break Sponsorship only - provide first and name and emails of representative for Afternoon Coffee Break

Once registration and payment are complete and we have received your signed sponsorship agreement, you can login to access the sponsorship upload area where you can change or modify the information you have provided in the email and upload (if not already provided) your company logo for further use on the PPS website.
During registration we request the following information::
For registration as a sponsor please include in the email the company name, contact person and email, a signed 2022 PPS Biennial sponsorship agreement and username and password you request for the account. Payment may then be made by wire or check according to the instructions below. After payment is received, we will add the company manually to our list of sponsors. After this is completed you may login to the member's area of the PPS and upload your company logo (if not provided in theand provide the first and last After registration is complete you can login to the member's area to view and / or modify your company information. If you haven't yet done so you may upload your company logo from the member profile area as well.
